The City of Phoenix is seeking up to 12 qualified consultants to provide Environmental Site Assessment On-Call Consulting Services citywide on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. The selected firms will be responsible to perform Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), brownfields related work, environmental program support services, biological surveys, and other environmental studies and investigations for the City of Phoenix.
