Notice is given that on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and

publicly open separate sealed bids for Electrical Switchgear Replacement Project, Project Number

64100, Contract Number 25P281.

The work of this project includes the replacement of the main electrical switchgear, including an Xcel

Energy pad mounted transformer and a new underground service lateral into the building, the

replacement of numerous 480and 120 VAC electrical panels, and associated dry type transformers,

replacement of MCC equipment, a diesel generator, associated fuel piping, and ductwork.

A site visit has been scheduled for: Thursday March 19, 2026, at 1:00PM at the Metro Transit

Overhaul Base Garage, address 515 North Cleveland Avenue St. Paul, MN 55114. Vendors should

meet in the front of the main entrance of the building.
