Dear Bidder:

The City of Berkeley is soliciting invitations for bid for the purchase of vehicle lubricants.. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Bids are to be sent via email with the “Specification No. 25-1168-C and “Vehicle Lubricants” clearly indicated on the subject line of the email. Please submit one (1) PDF of the bid/offer form and attachments with the filenames saved as, “Bid - Vendor Name-25-11682-C Vehicle Lubricants.”, as well as a completed pricing sheet (Excel Exhibit X) with the filenames saved as, “Pricing Sheet – 25-11682-C Vehicle Lubricants”.
