Pre Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on May 28, 2025 via Microsoft Teams. A mandatory job- walk will also be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on May 28, 2025. See Division A - Notice Inviting Bids for additional details. Bulletin Desc: The Work consists of improvements to the existing Passenger Concourse including, but not limited to, interior & exterior modifications, wayfinding, FIDS & GIDS systems, MEP systems, IT & security systems; a Service Animal Relief Area, and furniture. Project also includes replacement of the Airport's backup generator and canopy extension to Pad 11. Additive alternate scope includes the construction of two exterior seating areas and installation of an automated exit control device and vestibule.
