Project Overview
The intent of this solicitation is to leverage the experience and partnership of the respondents to provide the School Board with ideas and solutions for the success of the district’s computer technology needs.
The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 5:00 pm on Friday, October 17, 2025 .
Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 .
NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.
Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.
BackgroundEquipment within the scope of this agreement will consist of all technological equipment and services. This is to include, but not be limited to, laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, network equipment, mobile devices, and a variety of peripheral equipment which shall be made available at the same or greater discount rate provided on the pricing sheet. Computing equipment provided through this agreement will include a minimum three (3) year on-site warranty, to include batteries, with accidental damage protection as an option. Equipment provided under this agreement will be newly manufactured and not reconditioned/rebuilt hardware. Respondents shall provide a discount list for any related goods and services not addressed herein. It is the preference of the district that the respondent is able to provide equipment from a variety of manufacturers.
Additional hardware and services to be considered must be offered at the same or greater percentage discount offered for the items awarded on the pricing sheet. This option is for the School Board’s convenience and benefit with the intent to promote “one-stop shopping” for basic and enhanced systems.
The School Board reserves the right to add comparable items/services or delete items/services specified in the resultant contract as requirements change during the period of the contract. The School Board and the successful respondent will mutually agree to prices for items/services to be added to the contract.
