Description: The Town of Woodbridge seeks the assistance of a qualified professional Architectural / Engineering firm (“the successful professional”) to provide design services for the reroofing work of multiple Town Buildings located in the center of Woodbridge, CT. Firms responding must have demonstrated relevant experience similar to this project. The form of Contract with the successful professional shall be AIA B141 or equivalent with specific amendments to be mutually agreed upon.
