CONCORD TOWNSHIP
DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Township of Concord for Newlin Way Basin Restoration until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 27th day of February 2025, at which time they will be opened and the bid results posted. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.

This project involves clearing, earthwork, grading, landscaping installation, and outlet structure installation.

This project is subject to prevailing wage rates in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry.

Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, February 24, 2025.

Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
