PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Mountain Pine is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide engineering, land surveying, and related professional services for sanitary sewer system rehabilitation projects. The projects will be funded by loans from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Division. Procedures for the selection of an engineer will be in accordance with Federal procurement requirements and the procurement requirements of the State of Arkansas.
A full RFQ posting, including submission requirements, can be requested by contacting Mountain Pine.
Submit five (5) hard copies and one (1) digital copy (PDF) by 1:00 p.m. on July 31, 2026.
