Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the repaving of the maintenance facility driveways at Duck Creek Golf Course and Emeis Golf Course. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 22, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Duck Creek Golf Course Maintenance Facility located at 4100 E Kimberly Road, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.  Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
