Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO Box 83720,
Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 for DPW Project 22514
Manufactured Housing Unit, Idaho State Police, Fairfield, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include development of a parcel of land for and
additional Manufactured Housing Unit (MHU). The existing (4) units are for ITD staff and this 5th unit will be for the
Idaho State Police. The property is located north of Highway 20 near Fairfield, Idaho at the corner of 100 North and
100 East. The site has been developed with a water distribution system from (2) wells drilled as a separate contract.
The project includes construction of a septic/drain field, propane gas pad for owner-supplied propane tanks, access
driveway, and path to the home, as well as complete site grading and drainage improvements.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works
Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
