Description: Grand County is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys for Conflict Public Defender Services. The Conflict Public Defender Services Contract is for legal representation for indigent defendants in various courts in Grand County when the Public Defender and/or Parental Defender are determined to have a conflict.  Grand County may award one contract for a Primary Conflict Public Defender for all courts or two separate contracts, one for Conflict Public Defender and for a Conflict Parental Defender.
