Bid Orientation: A mandatory pre-SOQ (Statement of Qualifications) meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 10:00am, at the Delta Water Treatment Plant located at 11373 N. Lower Sacramento Road, Lodi, CA 95242.
Description: The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified consulting firms to provide engineering and architectural design, and construction services for the Delta Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) Campus Improvements Project. The facilities that are the subject of this Request for Qualifications include a new Water Distribution Division Office with employee parking for water distribution staff, a new warehouse, a vehicle fueling station, parking for service vehicles, a 250-person capacity multi-purpose center, and associated hardscapes and landscaping to compliment adjacent DWTP site architecture. In addition, site improvements for the existing DWTP site include an expansion of the existing maintenance building and additional service vehicle parking.
