PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), Office of Special Education, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified contractor to implement a High-Quality IEP Development and Implementation Pilot Project. This initiative is designed to assist selected Nebraska school district(s) in building a holistic solution that blends technology, professional development, services, and support to improve the effectiveness of educators. With over a decade of evidence demonstrates that our work increases educator effectiveness and efficiency alongside student outcomes. A more detailed description can be found in Section V.
