Estimated area is approximately 4,290 square feet. Required product is J+J Mills "Curate" Carpet Tile, Color 3694 Horizon; no equivalents accepted. Unit price must include all labor, materials, removal, disposal, adhesives, transition strips, patching/leveling compounds, accessories, freight, cleanup, and all other costs. Work must meet Appendix B - Detailed Specifications and attached drawings/specifications. FOB Destination.
