A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, June 18, 2025 at the Public Services Administration Building at 500 Dedham Ave in Needham. Attendance is encouraged but not required. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, (TRAFFIC SIGNALS), for the project with an estimated value of $(107,320.00) will be required. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:00pm, July 2, 2025 to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline on July 2, 2025 at 1:00pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
