Description: The project is located at the Napa County Juvenile Justice Center (JJC) at 212 Walnut Street, Napa, CA. The work consists of removal of built in correctional furniture, removal and replacement of correctional cell doors, remove and replace carpet, installation of new carpet, painting, and purchase and installation of furniture. Engineer’s Estimate: $250,000 Addendum 1 has been added. The requirement for a visitor clearance for the job walk has been removed, Contractors attending the mandatory meeting are required to sign in. The Mandatory pre-bid meeting list has been posted. Addendum 2 has been added, changes the bid opening date among other items.
