Springfield Technical Community College, at the Office of Facilities,

Garvey Hall (B16), Attn: Lisa Thompson, as follows:

General Bid Date: Friday, April 24, 2026 at 1pm

In general, the project includes:

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE / SITE VISIT:

Date and Time:  Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM

Address: One Armory Square, Springfield, MA 01105

Meet:   Building 16, Facilities Office

(In the event that the campus is closed due to weather the site visit will be held on the next business day)

Walk Through Date: MANDATORY Tuesday, April 14, 2026 @ 10 am

Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available electronically online at: www.biddocsonline.com

All bids for this project are subject to the provision of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it be in the public interest to do so.
