Description: Scope of Work – Plumbing Services Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to complete plumbing work for the commercial project. Scope includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing a 24-foot trench drain assembly, complete with grates, channels, supports, and accessories, as well as performing all required underground piping, trenching, bedding, connections, and tie-ins to existing sanitary or storm systems as shown on the drawings. Work shall comply with applicable plumbing codes, local authority requirements, and manufacturer specifications. Additional scope includes installation of all interior plumbing systems serving the new kitchen and bathroom areas, including domestic water piping, sanitary waste and vent piping, fixtures, trims, valves, and final connections. Fixtures may include sinks, faucets, floor drains, toilets, and related accessories as specified. Contractors shall coordinate with other trades, provide testing and inspections, restore disturbed surfaces as required, and leave systems fully operational upon completion.
