Scope	The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with one or more qualified offeror(s) to provide emergency and non-emergency canine and feline including neonates veterinary services for the Office of Animal Services (hereafter, OAS), the Department of Fire and Rescue Services (hereafter, FRS), and the Department of Police (hereafter, Police) as per the Terms, Conditions, and Quotation Sheet contained herein. Additionally, OAS welcomes offerors who can provide similar services to exotic animals such as rabbits, pocket pets, birds, and reptiles.
