Notes	The City of Stillwater (Owner) is requesting competitive price quotes for the removal and replacement of sidewalks and ramps at the intersections of Windsor Drive with 4th Avenue, Windsor Circle, and 3rd Place. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to complete the project. All work must meet or exceed the quality standards of the original design, as detailed in the attached drawings and technical specifications. Site Locations. Windsor Drive at the intersections of 4th Avenue, Windsor Circle, and 3rd Place. Quotes must be submitted through Stillwater’s online portal. Register at https://stillwater.ionwave.net. Quotes will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on 4/9/2025. In lieu of a pre-bid meeting, please direct your questions in writing through Stillwater’s online portal at https://stillwater.ionwave.net.
