Scope of Services
The successful Bidder(s) shall be responsible for providing all supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, transportation, incidentals, and supplies necessary to provide tire repair services on District owned/leased, buses, light and heavy duty trucks; trailers, passenger cars at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement to be used on an as needed basis by the District. The performance of the successful Bidder(s) shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications set forth herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or award cancellation.

The Vendor will be required to repair tires and or tubes that have gone flat, as a result of damage-due to a puncture or leak replace damaged tires. This service shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including all District observed holidays.
