WCPSS is not required to seekclarification on any proposal that does not meet these minimum requirements.● Prior to submitting and executing the proposal, please make sure you read and understand the terms andconditions referenced. WCPSS reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in proposals received.TERM OF CONTRACTThe contract service shall be for a period of one (1) year and shall begin July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027,subject to the continuation of the program and the availability of funds.
