Based on best practice, give us a system that helps track the location and movement of cylinders, stores

manufacturer details like serial number and manufacturing date, WP and TP etc..

during supply to these facilities?

No, the cylinders must be empty on delivery

4. Who will bear the customs and clearance charges:

If you are a manufacturer/vendor and offshore, FHI360 and donor will be responsible for clearing and

forward. Your proposal should per your chosen incoterm mentioned above.
