Miscellaneous: PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND PREMISES INSPECTION A Pre-Bid Meeting/Premises Inspection is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., February 26, 2026, at Suffolk Executive Airport, 1200 Gene Bolton Drive, Suffolk, Virginia. Although attendance of the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, it is important that all interested respondents be present in order to view the Premises and to ask any pertinent questions and receive all information related to the IFB.
