Project Description: Request for Bids – RFB 2025-071, Street Rehabilitation – District 5. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 3, 2025. The City of Waco Street Rehabilitation – District 5 will include 6.27 lane miles of mill and overlay and pedestrian improvements on various streets across district 5.
