Description: SECTION I – SUPERPAVE HOT MIX ASPHALT, SP2 ½” HMA ~2500 ton For the Period April 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025 SPECIFICATIONS and PRICING REQUIREMENTS for Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt: ? The City shall be responsible to pick up at the contractor’s plant location. The City shall pick up loads ranging from 1 – 15 ton, most loads will be 7 or 15 ton. The City shall make every effort to give a 24hr notice. In emergency/rush situations, the City may not be able to provide 24hr notice. ? Contractor will be responsible to load City trucks at the plant location and provide the driver with a scale ticket after each load. The scale ticket must include: • Date of pick up • Net tonnage • Commodity description. ? All Superpave Hot Mix Asphalt shall meet 2020 ISPWC section 810 standards. The minimum acceptable binder grade shall be 58-34. Maximum acceptable RAP content shall be 30%. ? All prices must be firm against any increase for one (1) year from effective date of the Contract. ?
