Project Description

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) SERVICES RFQ. The City of Chanhassen is seeking qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the proposed Chanhassen Bluffs Community Center. The CMAR will work with staff, BKV Group, and key stakeholders to deliver an approximately 300,000-square-foot community hub that will include amenities such as an indoor walking track, field house, two sheets of ice, fitness and community rooms, and an indoor playground. The estimated overall project budget is $80 million, and the City aims to complete the project by June 2028.
