SOLICITATION TITLE: Governors Island Pedestrian Bridge and Fender Wharf Rehabilitation.

DESCRIPTION:

The Work of this Contract includes repair of the wharf, timber piles, timber cap beams, cap beam connections,

bearings, deck expansion joints; furnishing and installing deck expansion joints, bearings, light poles and solar

fixtures; demolition of the east and west boat docks; cleaning and painting of all structural steel members and

realigning and reattaching the water main support to its original installation.

This is an A + B Bidding Contract.

Funding: 100% MTA Est $ Range: $1M - $5M

Goals: MBE 15%, WBE 15%, SDVOB 6%

Contract Term: 540 calendar days - max
