Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on

Thursday April 9, 2026 (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and

read aloud for the:

POWER FACTOR TEST SET

Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) is requesting bids for the purchase of a

Power Factor Test Set. This test set should be capable of automatic 12kV

insulation power factor delta test set and designed for the immediate conditional

assessment of electrical insulation of high voltage transformers, bushings, and

circuit breakers.
