Description: Sealed bids for the work shown on the plans and specifications entitled:  2025 Sidewalk Curb & Gutter Replacement Project (“Project”), City Project No. 25-03, will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Union City, City Government Building, 34009 Alvarado-Niles Road, Union City, California, until Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 2:00PM PST, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers of said building.  The Engineer’s Estimate for the project base is $589,000. The work under this contract consists, in general, of removing and replacing damaged sidewalks, curb & gutters, ADA ramps, and driveways, installing tree root barriers, tree removal, and other miscellaneous items shown in the plans, specifications and bid schedule.
