Request for Proposals/Qualifications

Notice is hereby given that the City of South Amboy is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

Sealed Proposals (RFP/RFQ) will be received by the City of South Amboy, Middlesex County, New Jersey by the City Clerk on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, in the City of South Amboy Municipal Building, 140 North Broadway, South Amboy, New Jersey 08879-1642, at which time and place responses shall be opened and made available to the public for inspection.

Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27.
