Project Description: The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) seeks qualified consultants or firms to provide executive media training services for 6-10 senior leadership and C-suite executives. The selected consultant will prepare organizational leaders to effectively communicate with media representatives, stakeholders, employees, and the public during interviews, public appearances, crisis situations, and other high-visibility engagements as described within the attached Specifications.
This procurement is being conducted as an informal Request for Quotation in accordance with the Airport Board's procurement policies, with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
The SBE Goal for this contract is 0 %. QUOTES must be submitted through dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and WILL NOT be accepted via email or mail. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 pm (Central Time) on August 3, 2026. Responses must be received by the above stated date and time.
