Notes	COCONINO COUNTY NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received to furnish the following items or services to the Coconino County Jail District as follows: UNTIL:  April 16th, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m.                   FOR SERIAL BID NUMBER:  2025-05 ITEM: Secondary Food Provider for The County Jail District Specifications and bid forms are available at the Ion Wave Technologies web site at https://coconino.ionwave.net . Bids shall be opened and publicly read by the District. Awards shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the bidder whose bid best conforms to the invitation and will be the most advantageous to District with respect to price, conformity to the specifications, and other factors. Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product and bidder's past performance on other contracts. Award may be made to other than the low-cost bid. However, all bids may be rejected if the Board of Supervisors determines that rejection is in the public interest.
