Scope:

The Town of Leesburg is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide testing, inspection, maintenance and repair services of four diesel fuel remote site underground storage tanks and automatic tank gauging systems.

Pre-Proposal Meeting:

A virtual non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 1:00PM (ET). It is encouraged that all Offerors attend this meeting to gain a thorough understanding of the Town’s needs.  The pre-proposal meeting will be live streamed via Microsoft TEAMS and made available to the public.
