RFP for Green Acres Project (GAP) Reservoir (RFP-25-009)

The Orange County Water District (“OCWD” or District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to perform a structural inspection and provide an engineering assessment of the Green Acres Project (GAP) reservoir located in the City of Santa Ana. OCWD intends to evaluate the proposals received and enter into a Two-Year Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with the qualified firm. The work is expected to commence on May 6, 2026. This Agreement will be for a minimum term of Two (2) years for the period from May 6, 2026 to May 5, 2028.
