Notes	The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract with a qualified and experienced contractor to provide fire extinguishers, engineered fire suppression systems, and vent hood system inspection, replacement, maintenance, and repair services at City of Arlington owned facilities. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform routine inspections, replacements, maintenance, and repairs of fire extinguishers, engineered fire suppression systems, and vent hoods. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
