Bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the Multi-Site Summer Boilers

project, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Wold Architects and Engineers, 50 South

Sixth Street, Suite 2250, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402.

A complete set of Contract Documents will be available Friday, January 9, 2026.

In the left column under “Plan rooms”, select “Order from Plan Well”.

When the next page opens, skip the username section and in the left column under “Public Plan room”, select “Go”.

Once in the plan room, you may find the project and click on the project number link to the left.

Once in the project, select “Download Complete Set”, then “Instant Download”.

After Registration, select “Download Now”. You will be provided with a link to the files. Simply click it and save to

your computer.

You must complete the checkout process, or you will not be notified when Addenda are issued.

A MANDATORY PREBID MEETING for the Multi-Site Summer Boilers – Phase 2 project will be held Friday –

January 16, 2026. The meeting starts at 11:00 AM local time, in Conference Room L3-305 at Davis Center (1250

W. Broadway Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55411). Enter and sign-in at the North Security Desk and take the elevator to

the 4th floor. All potential bidders are required to attend this meeting. Prompt attendance is required, and no bidder

will be permitted in the mandatory pre-bid meeting after the meeting has started. Allow adequate time to arrive at

the building, park, and enter the meeting room prior to the meeting time. Subcontractors are also encouraged to

attend. Visits to sites will be scheduled. Additional visits to the sites can be made by appointment only following

the scheduled visits.

Sealed bids will be received not later than 1:00 PM local time on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and time stamped

by the receptionist at 1st floor, Davis Center, 1250 W. Broadway Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55411, at the North security

desk until 1:00 PM local time on January 27, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in

Conference Room N1-052. All bids received after that date and time will not be considered. The vendor assumes

the risk of any delay in the receipt or handling of mail or other delivery by employees of the district. The vendor

assumes all responsibility for having their bid at the Davis Center no later than the date and time specified above.

Envelope must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official

Publication Title.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or

bidder’s corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1. Include a PDF copy of the certified

check or bidder’s corporate surety bond when you email your Bid Form and supporting documents.

Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 2025 by 12:00PM local time.

Special School District No. 1 reserves the right to award this bid in part or in whole to a single supplier or to reject

any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so. Bids must be typewritten or handwritten

and include handwritten signature in ink.

BIDS CONTAINING ANY ALTERATION OR ERASURE WILL BE REJECTED UNLESS ALTERATION OR

ERASURE IS CROSSED OUT AND CORRECTIONPRINTED IN INK OR TYPEWRITTEN AND INITIALED IN

INK BESIDE CORRECTION BY THE PERSON SIGNING THE BID.
