Project Description

The City of San Carlos is seeking competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide rides and inflatables for community events in San Carlos. The Parks and Recreation Department manages a variety of community events throughout the year and is seeking vendors of various services to work with on some of these events. Events are held downtown and in community parks.

Prospective responders may direct inquiries/questions in writing only to: Lauren Burd, Recreation Supervisor, at: lburd@cityofsancarlos.org. All questions are due no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, August 7, 2026.

Responses to the questions received, will be posted on this webpage by Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

Interested firms shall submit a proposal via email by Monday, August 31, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. PST to Lauren Burd, Recreation Supervisor, at lburd@cityofsancarlos.org.
