The GCRTA is actively working to replace the current railcar fleet. The GCRTA must provide certain owner-furnished equipment to the railcar vendor for various technology platforms including cellular data and customer Wi-Fi. This solicitation is for the External 7-1 Antennas that will meet the certification, performance, and fitment needs as documented in the design for new railcars.
