3	This should be a two-component rapid curing liquid polymer. The material is used to form the edge of broken concrete and provide a surface for the two part silicone sealant to adhere. This material must cure to a dense, semi-flexible polymer that is resistant to chemicals, weather, abrasion, and impact. This should be the WaboCrete II.
