Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed proposals to conduct a Microsoft tenant migration until 2:00 P.M. on February 13th, 2026, in the City Administration Building at 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the City Information Technology Division, at the address listed above or by contacting City Information Technology at 479-238-0941 or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. Sealed proposals should be mailed to P.O. Box 80, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761, Attn: Anthony Stokes/ Microsoft Tenant Migration Services. Hand Deliveries may be made to 400 N. Broadway, Siloam Springs, AR. Proposals must be received by the above date and time. The City shall open and compare the proposals and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible proposer, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive irregularities. The proposals must remain in effect for ninety (90) days after the above date and time.
