Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL COUNTY OF MOORE RFP 2026-03 ROCK CRUSHING SERVICES PURSUANT to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Sealed Proposal(s) titled “RFP 2026-03 Rock Crushing Services” may be furnished to the County of Moore, Attn: Terra Vuncannon, 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 pm Thursday, November 20, 2025.  An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 6, 2026 at 456 Turning Leaf Way, Aberdeen NC 28315.  Opening will not be public. The intent of the County is to obtain Rock Crushing Services for the County of Moore Solid Waste Department. Instructions for submitting proposal(s) and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.
