Description

It is the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ to seek a
qualified contractor/vendor to supply natural gas and welding parts and supplies in the City of Oakland Public Works Fleet Division.

The City intends to award a four (4)-year(s) contract to a qualified bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the City’s requirements. The City makes no guarantee as to the number of contracts awarded. The budgeted amount is not-to-exceed $100,000.00. This RFQ is not a promise that the City will spend the estimated amount or any other amount on a potential award. All pricing must be valid for the first year of the agreed term.

The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the services described
herein. This Request For Quotation (RFQ) and any subsequent award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified within RFQ Packet. Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
