The Winchester Regional Airport Authority (the “WRAA”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received by the WRAA at the Winchester Regional Airport, 491 Airport Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22602, through the due date and hour shown above (local prevailing time). Proposals received after this date and time will not be accepted. Proposal submissions shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Winchester Regional Airport Authority at the Winchester Regional Airport, 491 Airport Road, Winchester, Virginia 22602. The project title should be included in the lower left-hand corner of the sealed proposal envelope. In lieu of hardcopy submissions, Electronic submission of proposals will be accepted through eVA only.
No bids may be withdrawn before October 15, 2026.
