*Registration to attend the Pre-Proposal Informational Meeting and/or the Site Tour

must be made by the Proposer/Design-Builders only. See the bullets below for more

 Proposers/Design-Builders must notify the Contracts Representative via email

at Lisa.Rigatti@mtacd.org no later than Noon, three (3) business days prior to

the scheduled date of the relevant event.

 Registration requests for the Pre-Proposal Information Session must include the

following for each prospective attendee:

 Registration requests for the Site Tour must include for each prospective

attendee (2 max per firm):

1. a clear and legible copy of a valid government-issued form of photo

identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport) indicating date of birth;

 Site Tour attendance is limited to 2 attendees per firm and registration must

only be made by the Proposer on behalf of their team and subcontractors.

 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and signed Release Forms are required for

the Site Tours. Persons who come without the required PPE and submitted

signed Release Form will not be allowed to participate in the Site Tours.
