Summary

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time).

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide and install two (2) Steel Storage Mezzanines in the yard warehouse of the Newport News Waterworks Meter Shop, located at 425 Industrial Park Drive, Newport News, VA 23608, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
