without the required personal protective equipment will not be allowed to participate

in the Site Tours.

Those who wish to attend the Pre-Proposal Informational Meeting and/or the Site

Tour(s) must notify the Contracts Representative (Christopher James) via email at

christopher.james2@mtacd.org no later than Noon, three (3) business days prior to

the scheduled date of the relevant event. For Site Tour requirements, please refer to

Volume 1 – Instructions to Proposers.
