Description: The City of Artesia (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting professions or firms (“Consultant”) related to building and safety (B&S) services on an "as-needed" basis for both residential and non-residential projects. The City's intent is to minimize response time and enhance customer service by supplementing in-house staff with consulting services in the areas of building plan check for high-profile projects and/or contractual services for additional building division positions. Positions may include but are not limited to: building inspection, building code enforcement, building counter operations, and other related services.
