Bid Title:	PASCO PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT (PPFD) ATTORNEY -- GENERAL LEGAL SERVICES

Description: The Pasco Public Facilities District of Pasco, Washington, (PPFD) Executive Director is soliciting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide comprehensive legal and advisory services for district operations. These services include, but are not limited to, general district legal counsel, litigation representation, contract and document review, and assistance with compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The selected Firm will assist in providing strategic legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing the PPFD in administrative or judicial proceedings as needed. The complete RFP and full scope of work may be obtained via the City of Pasco’s website – http://www.pasco-wa.gov/Bids.aspx . It is the sole responsibility of the Firm to obtain any RFP updates or addenda from the City’s website. Responses shall be submitted electronically.
