Yes NoPURPOSEThe purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide sports video and analysisservices for the HCS Athletic Department and its programs.BACKGROUNDHampton, VirginiaHampton is an independent city located in Virginia. It is on the southern end of the Virginia Peninsula, bordering theChesapeake Bay. The City has a total area of 136.2 square miles; 51.8 miles of that is land and 84.4 miles is water, witha total population of more than 137,000.The City boasts a strong military and technology presence. The nation’s first air base, Langley Air Force Base, is homeof the First Fighter Wing and continuing to add new missions. As Joint Base Langley-Eustis, it contributes nearly $4billion a year to the regional economy. NASA Langley Research Center, where America’s first astronauts were trained,is a major center for aviation research. In addition, the National Institute for Aerospace, run by a consortium ofuniversities, conducts research on both manned and unmanned systems. The most recent research center is HuntingtonIngalls, which located its Unmanned Systems Center of Excellence in Hampton to focus on military and businessapplications for underwater drones. Video recording and analysis to capture, edit, and analyze practice and game footage for its athletic programs.2. Performance Breakdown: Features that allow coaches and players to tag key moments, create playlists, andprovide detailed performance feedback.3. Team Communication: Tools to facilitate communication between coaches, athletes, and parents, includingmessaging and announcements.4. Analytic Tools: Advanced data analysis for player and team performance, such as stats breakdown, heatamps, and custom reporting.5. Mobile app integration: Access to all tools through mobile apps for both iOS and Android.6. User management: Ability to manage multiple teams, roles and permissions for athletes, coaches andadministrators.7. Mobile and Platform Requirements: Compatibility with desktop (Windows, macOS) and mobile (iOS,Android) devices, cloud-based platforms for remote access and collaboration.8.
